·       Identify and target potential international clients, distributors, and partners to expand market reach and our global footprint.

·       Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.

·       Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies for promoting products/services.

·       Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients while adhering to company pricing and terms.

·       Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.

·        Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

·        Proven track record in international sales, with 2 years of experience

·        Strong understanding of global market dynamics, export regulations, and cultural nuances

·        Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse cultures

·        Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth

·        Proficiency in English or German

·        Preferably experience in SAP or similar ERP Program
